Learn proven strategies to sensually engage with your message, leverage your intimacy and whet the appetite of your audience, profitably.

Description

Rooted naturally in consent practice, learn the tools, processes and proven strategies to sensually engage with your message, leverage your intimacy and whet the appetite of your audience in profitable ways.

Who it’s for

Naturally indigenous-centered, this series is open to all folx at any stage of business or communications who are experiencing writers block, creative burnout, stagnation or loss of direction.

In class, we’ll explore:

Class 1 | Sensual Engagement

syncing self, place and audience

In this session, we begin with the understanding that in order to engage the senses of our audiences, our message must first be igniting our senses FIRST. Addressing writers block, stagnation and loss of direction, we discuss:

  • Overcoming obstacles to creative flow
  • Reorienting our messages from its root, and
  • Practical exercises to reinspire, reengage, and create messages that whet our own appetite

Class 2 | Emotional Momentum

the art of whetting appetite, part one

Developed over 15 years ago and proven with hundreds of speakers, influencers thought leaders and business owners, Emotional Momentum is a framework (NOT a template) that moves people to action. It centers the art of “storykeeping” (an indigenous management of story), and prioritizes the emotional journey over “sales tactics”. The method achieves maximum impact while allowing for independent, informed decision (consent)

In part one, we receive an overview of the framework, its uses, and begin analyzing the five phases of Emotional Momentum.

Class 3 | Emotional Momentum

the art of whetting appetite, part two

Continuing the deep dive, we pull up each phase of Emotional Momentum and the mechanics of how each works. Understanding “buyers psychology” and resisting hypnosis-rooted manipulative marketing norms, we learn prompts to elicit influential and engaging content – moving, story-led messaging.

PLUS | 1:1 Follow Up Support Session with Clarinda (optional)

Once you watch the classes, receiving personalized, expert feedback can prove extremely helpful in guiding you on your next steps. As follow up support, you may schedule a brief 1:1 chat with Clarinda (IF you like – there is no obligation).

This is an intimate opportunity with Clarinda to:

  • Speak to personal blocks and obstacles,
  • Gain objective expert marketing feedback, and
  • Breathe some new life into your flow and productivity.

You may book a brief 1:1 chat as follow up support – this is complimentary.

Important Note: These classes are naturally Indigenous-centered, specifically Oceania/Pasifika oriented as this informs Clarinda’s cultural view. Classes are open to all – but be mindful that they are taught from a decolonial lens. This may be uncomfortable or unappealing to some.

***Sliding Scale Guideline***

  • True Cost: $550

This reflects the true cost of the class. It is the cost that would be charged to all students in the absence of a sliding scale. If you have access to financial security, own property or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you are able to pay for “wants” and spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life, you have economic privilege and power in our community. This price is for you.

  • Sliding Scale Option 1: $450

This reflects the teacher’s acknowledgement that paying the full cost would prevent some folks from being able to attend, but who do not honestly find themselves reflected in either descriptions for the highest cost or the lowest. If you are struggling to conquer debt or build savings or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc., you belong here. If you, however, can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or friends, please consider using those personal resources before you use the resources of the sliding scale and limit opportunities for others.

  • Sliding Scale Option 2: $350

This represents an honest acknowledgment by the teacher that there are folks whose economic circumstances would prevent them from being a part of classes if there was not a deliberate opportunity made for them to access services at a cost that is reflective of their economic realities. If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, you probably belong here and you deserve a community that honors your price as equal an economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier.

If you are Black, Indigenous and/or PGM (People of the Global Majority) and the bottom cost is still prohibitive, you may contact me directly re: scholarship – clarinda@thematriarchalbusiness.com
